Welcome to the Official Ticket Shop dedicated to the sale of tickets for events organized by Magic S.r.l.
Access to and use of this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as applicable laws and regulations. By accessing, browsing, and using this website, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Magic S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
All content available on this website is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license is granted for personal and non-commercial use of the website.
3. TICKETS
Through this website, it is possible to purchase tickets for the NIGHT OF FREESTYLE – ITALIA event, which will take place at the Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) on January 30, 2027.
3.1 Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and include applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Availability
All purchases are subject to the actual availability of tickets at the time the order is confirmed.
3.3 Order Confirmation
The purchase is finalized upon the sending of a confirmation email to the address provided by the purchaser.
3.4 Electronic Tickets
Tickets are issued in electronic (.pdf) format and must be retained and presented at the entrance.
3.5 Duplication and Counterfeiting
The Organizer is not responsible for any attempts to duplicate or counterfeit tickets.
3.6 Loss or Theft
In the event of loss, theft, misplacement, or damage to a ticket, replacement tickets will not be issued.
3.7 Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, no right of withdrawal (cancellation period) is provided.
3.8 Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except as provided in the event of cancellation of the Event and as required by applicable law.
3.9 Security
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel orders deemed suspicious or that fail security and banking verification checks.
4. GENERAL RULES
Participants acknowledge that the Event has the normal characteristics and risks associated with attending a live show featuring freestyle motorsport performances.
The Event may include motorized performances, special effects, strobe lighting, amplified sound effects, and theatrical smoke.
For safety reasons, checks may be carried out at the entrance, including inspections of bags and backpacks.
The resale of tickets for commercial purposes or at prices higher than their face value is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.
The Event program, including athletes, performers, guests, and schedules, may be subject to changes without giving rise to any right to a refund.
4.5 Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure
In the event of the Event's definitive cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and the procedures communicated by the Organizer.
In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
5. ADMISSION
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals who may compromise safety, public order, or the proper conduct of the Event.
6. EVACUATION
Spectators must follow the instructions of event staff and the competent authorities.
7. PERSONAL DATA
For information regarding the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy published on the official website.
7.2 Photo and Video Recording
By attending the Event, members of the public acknowledge that their image may be incidentally captured and distributed through photographs, video recordings, live streams, television broadcasts, social media, and other forms of communication related to the Event.
8. USER CONDUCT
Users agree to use the website exclusively for lawful purposes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic S.r.l. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website.
10. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Magic S.r.l. is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites that may be linked to this website.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic S.r.l. from claims arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
